The Polynesian princess who has captivated the hearts and eyes of many back in the early 2010s made a surprise appearance at Holo Holo Festival Oceanside. Our beautiful sister, Celle, came out of the woodworks as a guest attending Holo Holo Festival, not anticipating performing at all that day, but once you open yourself up to the possibility of “what if,” purpose and passion makes a way for you.
I remember talking to Celle backstage and asking her if she was performing alongside Spawnbreezie, and she humbly said “No, I’m just here, but if it happens, it happens.” AND IT HAPPENED. Next thing I know, I hear “Im In Love” playing in the background and Celle’s timeless voice fills my ears. If there is a will, there is a way, and our girl Celle blessed everyone’s ears resurfacing herself in the music industry.
PolyInstagram went crazy being excited to see their woman crush Wednesday (get it because this is dropping on Wednesday), on their feed again! Spawnbreezie and Celle haven’t performed their iconic song “Im In Love” together since 2018! We are pushing a half decade family!
Their song “Im In Love” has been in every Island Reggae lover’s playlist and it is there to stay! We were so buzzed to see them both on stage performing together and giving us a bit of nostalgia in the crowd. Throwback to the Youtube/Soundcloud era where Pasifika music was taking over!
Celle if you are reading this, we hope to hear more music from you and see you make more on – stage appearances. What may seem like an accident stumbling upon that stage with the right place, right time; I don’t discount it was coincidence you being there and falling back in love, love, love, love, love with music again.
